Who are we ?
A politically unaffiliated group of concerned residents wanting immediate, decisive action on the most important issue of our time
Our Aims:
- Make leaders aware of the strong desire in the community for immediate action by government to reduce greenhouse gases to stabilise the climate;
- Inform the community about actions they can take to reduce climate change
Our Position… What is needed:
- A price on carbon
- Australia to become a global climate leader on emissions targets
- 100% renewable energy target by 2030
- No new or expanded fossil fuel mining projects and work to close down existing mining
