Based on our meeting with Maxine McKew, we think the ALP policy falls short of making enough difference to climate change. This week Paul Vallis, Derek Walker, Lynda Whiteman and Jo Spangaro of the Ryde Gladesville Climate Change Group, visited Ms McKew’s Eastwood electorate office with a gift of an orange tree, a lime tree and a mandarin tree so she will be able to grow her own fruit.
